We are looking for a motivated young profession who wants to make their first step in their HR career. The human resources team is a small and compact function which covers the whole spectrum of company live. The topics are many, diverse and ever changing and they need someone with a can do attitude in order to be covered. Is that you?


Your Responsibilities:
- Your time will be dedicated to all types of HR related activities with an emphasis on recruitment
- Supporting the recruitment process with communication, coordination, monitoring and preparation for interviews and offers
- Working closely with hiring managers to gain understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position
- Creating job postings and advertising them on the company career website, job boards, online channels and other media
- Promoting the company, working on employer branding and participating in the organization of all types of company events and initiative
- Taking part in the administration and documentation of all types of personnel related topics
- Preparing all types of reports, tables and presentations and communicating with internal and external clients with constant support functions

Изисквания и необходими умения

Your profile:
- Relevant education degree in Business Administration, Psychology or Social studies
- Very good computer skills with inclination towards keeping short deadlines and attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of English both written and spoken
- Initiative, ownership, creativity and passion for Recruitment and HR
- Extremely proactive attitude, going the extra mile on a daily basis
- Readiness to work full time in the office with options for remote work on occasions
