We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Talent Acquisition Intern for a 12 week summer assignment to support our full time Talent Acquisition team in Bulgaria.
This internship offers hands on experience across candidate sourcing, employer branding, and recruitment operations, providing a strong foundation for a future career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
In this role, you will partner closely with experienced recruiters and contribute to how we attract, engage, and communicate with talent across both internal and external platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Support
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with active candidate sourcing using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
- Assist in building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct initial resume screening and support candidate shortlisting
- Help coordinate interviews and maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Employer Branding & Talent Marketing
- Support employer branding initiatives across internal and external platforms, including careers pages, LinkedIn, and other social media channels
- Assist with creating and updating recruitment content such as job postings, talent campaigns, and employee?focused stories
- Help ensure a consistent employer brand message across all candidate?facing materials
- Support local employer branding events, campaigns, or university partnerships as needed
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruiting, or employer branding
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with digital platforms and learning new systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LinkedIn, social media, or content creation
- Previous internship or project experience in HR, recruitment, marketing, or communications
- Interest in analytics, sourcing techniques, or talent market research
