They offer support and resolutions to the most complex technology challenges. Now they are looking for an Internal IT Engineer to support the employees of their team in Sofia.


Job Profile for Internal IT Engineer
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Support employees in their daily use of company deployed computers, applications, like Office365, Slack, Cisco WebEx, etc and printers, fax and copy machines
Be a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all internal employees
Manage the company end-user hardware and software
Install and maintain company deployed assets
Ensure company security policy is enforced
Monitor security events on company deployed assets
Install and maintain company deployed mobile devices
Monitor security events on company deployed devices
Install and maintain company deployed IT devices
Identify and access management of company’s (internal) employees
Create, maintain and revoke users and access rights according to company deployed security policy
Collaborate with HR team on onboarding/offboarding procedures and lifecycle management of the employee assets
Inventory management of all on-prem infrastructure such as networks and internet connection, server for the lab environment, security, video surveillance & access control, meeting and conference rooms, whiteboard and screens
Participate in Continual Service Improvement initiatives
Incident coordination for all Internal IT inquiries

Изисквания и необходими умения

Candidate Profile for Internal IT Engineer

Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
A degree in computer sciences is preferable although your attitude, experience and willingness to learn is more important than your degree
A proven track record in working with ITSM platforms preferably ServiceNow
Good knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems (at least MS Windows 7/10 and Office 365 etc.)
Working knowledge with Microsoft Server Operating Systems, MAC OSX and Linux
MS Azure experience (min. AZ900 certified)
Life cycle management of hardware (mostly laptops), i.e. staging and builds, refreshes and secure wipe (MacBook)
Asset- and Stock Management
Experience with mobile device handling (iOS and Android)
Knowledge of communication tools VOIP, Slack and WebEx
Identity management
Experience with Power Shell
ITIL understanding – (preferably ITIL 3 or 4 foundation certified)
Basic networking knowledge
Basic troubleshooting and patching
Strong interest in supporting end-users
Analytical skills and a proactive, flexible approach
Able to work under pressure and to strict time scales
Reliable and work with high accuracy
Communicate transparently and be able to document and structure your work
