For one of our clients - a leader in reshaping businesses with Strategy, Consulting, and state-of-the-art Technology, powered by the world’s largest network of tech centers, we are looking for – International Client Support Specialist with Hungarian or Dutch or German or French (Hybrid).
*Assisting customers through various channels (inbound calls and messages);
*Analyzing and resolving customer queries;
*Providing information on administrative and technical requests (products, invoices, etc.);
*Implementing system changes;
*Escalating faults or calls to other departments.
*Customer-focused mindset and approach;
*Fluency in Hungarian, Dutch, German or French, plus very good English skills;
*Strong organizational and communication skills;
*Willingness to work shifts and good knowledge of MS Office;
*Analytical mindset, results-driven attitude, and team-oriented approach.
