The Team Lead is responsible for managing the IP Network Services team and ensuring the stable, secure, and efficient operation of enterprise network services.
Your daily routine would include:
- Lead, organize, and develop the IP Network Services team.
- Ensure reliable operation and support of routing, switching, Wi?Fi, SD?WAN, and network security services.
- Coordinate incident resolution, problem management, maintenance, and operational improvements.
- Manage priorities, workload, KPIs, SLAs, and service quality.
- Cooperate with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with operational, security, and change?management processes.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
- Strong knowledge of routing and switching technologies and protocols.
- Experience with enterprise LAN, WAN, and Wi?Fi environments.
- Knowledge of SD?WAN solutions and operations.
- Understanding of firewalls, VPNs, network segmentation, and access control.
- Experience with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management.
- Knowledge of network automation and scripting is an advantage.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or equivalent are preferred.
- Strong leadership and people?management skills.
- Clear communication and stakeholder?management skills.
- Good planning, prioritization, and decision?making abilities.
- Analytical thinking and a structured troubleshooting approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage critical incidents.
- Proactive attitude, accountability, and focus on continuous improvement.
- Good English skills.
