UBB is seeking a talented and dynamic IT Delivery Manager to join our IT Delivery team
If you have:
- IT background related to Application systems development and support, preferably in Banking or Insurance domains
- Project Management or Project Coordination experience and knowledge of PMI Waterfall and Agile principles
- Analytics, problem-solving, excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and quality
- Ability to multi-task under time constraints
- Fluency in English
And you would like to:
- Join an Agile team delivering Products and Services related to Banking products
- Work in close collaboration with Product Owner and Scrum Master to ensure the deliverables according to the prioritized backlog
- Support IT team members to self-organize around their own work
- Eliminate impediments in the team in the IT area
- Manage of cross teams’ dependencies from technical perspective (dependencies with other Agile teams, Projects, Departments)
- Manage risks in the IT area inside and outside the team
- Manage and plan when needed external deliveries with other teams in IT Division or vendors
- Be up to date with the requirements of Information security, internal IT processes and all relevant internal regulations and coordinate compliance with the standards and processes
- Assure adequate and timely information flow to the IT Management
