General duties
- Configure and administer monitoring platforms and solutions.
- Analyze and optimize monitoring systems and alerts.
- Assist with Root Cause Analysis and incident management.
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams for improvements and integrations.
- Develop scripts for automation.
- Document processes and configurations.
- Train and support less experienced colleagues.
Requirements
- Education: Higher or secondary education in Information Technology.
- Professional experience: Minimum 2 years in IT monitoring or system administration.
- Good programming skills in Python (syntax, libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, OS, Re).
- Experience with monitoring tools: Zabbix, Dynatrace, Grafana, Instana.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL (subqueries, table joins, indexes, and more).
- Proficient scripting skills in Bash and PowerShell.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of incident and risk management processes.
