IT SUPPORT SPECIALISТ

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical assistance to employees and ensure the reliable operation of the company’s IT infrastructure. The role is suitable for a hands-on professional who can independently diagnose and resolve issues related to computers, servers, networks, peripheral devices, and user accounts.

Main Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner;
* Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems;
* Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment and software applications;
* Create and configure user accounts, profiles, and business email accounts;
* Manage user permissions and access to company systems and databases;
* Configure and maintain local and network printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices;
* Install software updates and ensure the proper maintenance of existing applications;
* Support the selection and purchasing of computer equipment, software licences, and external IT services;
* Monitor and maintain the company’s server and network infrastructure;
* Communicate and coordinate with external IT service providers when necessary.

Requirements:

* Relevant education or professional qualification in Information Technology;
* Several years of practical experience in IT support in production company;
* Previous hands-on IT experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment;
* Practical experience with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and network connectivity;
* Basic knowledge of MS SQL Server, Microsoft Intune, VMware, and Proxmox;
* Working proficiency in English;
* Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach;
* Strong communication skills and the ability to support users with different levels of technical knowledge;
* Responsible, reliable, and service-oriented personality;
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
