For our office in Sofia, Bulgaria, we are looking for a talent to join us as IT support and System Administrator.


- Implementing and maintaining the strategy for the company infrastructure development and architecture (incl. hardware and software technology, integration of technologies, number of PCs, distributions of the PCs, Servers, network, communication and other equipment);
- Ensuring and implementing IT security policy and measures. Install and maintain system protection systems, anti-virus programs;
- Assisting end- users to diagnose and solve their technical hardware and software problems;
- Monitoring system performance and providing security measures, troubleshooting and maintenance as needed;
- Identifying, analyzing and troubleshooting issues in the IT infrastructure;
- Supporting and updating of system software, system and network;
- User administration (setup, maintaining and closing user accounts);
- Monitoring the internet connection, its reliability and continuity; monitors the volume and the type of the internet traffic to and from the company with the goal to prevent unauthorized access;
- Maintaining the peripherals, such as printers, that are connected to the network;
- Monitoring the computer and information equipment and network;
- Implementing new computer programs in the network and computers;
- Periodically reviewing the equipment and renew the old and depreciated parts;
- Developing and writing procedures for installation, use, and troubleshooting of communications systems and equipment hardware and software;
- Constantly following the new tendencies in the IT field;

Изисквания и необходими умения


• Education – University degree in the field of the computer science; technical or engineering profile or equal by experience;
• Minimum 2 years experience in such position, preferably in international company;
• Very good knowledge in the network and computer technologies, software applications;
• Good knowledge of English both verbally and in writing;
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Good communication skills;
• Strong organization skills, effective time management, prioritization, multi-tasking;
• Ability to work in cross-border teams;
• Able to strictly respect the confidentiality rules.

Technical knowledge

• Windows Client OS (Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10);
• Windows Server OS (Windows 2012R2);
• Microsoft Applications;
• Cisco experience is a plus (switching / wireless / security);
• General Hardware knowledge
