To join their team, we are looking for

IT Support – system support for the area of software remote services

What awaits you:

You will support partners and employees worldwide via telephone or remote access systems, solve problems and offer solutions for various software or furniture topics
Processing user inquiries - from initial contact through error analysis to the development of solutions
Installation and management of clients
You will also work closely with various departments
This is what we expect:

You have initial experience in IT service and IT support
A solution-oriented way of working with a high degree of service orientation is one of your strengths
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills (level B2)
