Role Overview:
An ITGC SOX Executor is responsible for executing and validating IT General Controls (ITGCs) for multiply systems within Identity and Access Management Delivery Center, to ensure compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and A1 Policies and Guidelines. This role supports the integrity of financial reporting by ensuring that critical IT systems are secure, change-managed, and properly controlled.
Role Insights:
- Execution of ITGCs on multiple SOX-relevant systems and documentation of control results.
- Collecting and reviewing evidence of control effectiveness.
- Identifying control failures or deficiencies and supporting remediation efforts.
- Handling daily operational support for Internal and External Auditors, System Owners, and Compliance teams.
- Maintaining IT control documentation (narratives, control matrices, test scripts).
- Ensuring alignment with SOX, COBIT, and internal policies.
- Establishing SOX controls and processes for new systems.
- Actively seeking opportunities for continuous improvement.
