We are now looking for an experienced and motivated professional for the position of


Junior Application Administrator


Responsibilities:

Administrating the business support applications - support and maintenance of insurance applications in production and non-production environments
User Administration on non-automated access requests
Participating in the overall process of developing and deploying of business applications;
Developing and executing tests and test scenarios;
Providing level 2 support to resolve complex business support systems’ issues;
Troubleshooting and resolving incidents across supported environments, including analysis and escalation to other teams as needed
Collaborating with development groups (both external and/or internal) to ensure defects free deployment;
Creating and maintaining the technical documentation of the applications;

Requirements:

Experience with troubleshooting in customer service or technical support role (at least 1 year)
Basic experience in the process of administration and maintenance of complex software applications for the financial sector (preferably in the insurance sector);
Basic experience with SQL scripts
Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
Experience or exposure with Active Directory, User Management or User
Access role is an advantage.
