Our team is growing and we are looking for onsite assignment for the position of Junior Bookkeeper to join our team.

Отговорности

As a Junior Bookkeeper, you will perform tasks related to proper keeping of primary documents, spending of funds and material resources, as well as accounting of documents and keeping of records of international companies.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares in a timely manner all necessary documents and reports required by the Management;
• Accounting and issuance of income and expenditure invoices;
• Registers chronologically the accounting documents;
• Keeps systematic accounting registers for summarizing the accounting information;
• Compiles primary and secondary accounting items;
• Organizing the document flow;
• Organizes and in charge of the storage of the accounting information in the order provided by the
law;
• Performs internal financial control;
• Assists the chief accountant in other administrative tasks.


As a Junior Bookkeeper, you will have the opportunity to:
• Assist the Chief Accountant with online payment´s and issues documents while ensuring positive
resolution and exceptional accuracy and keep an eye on details;
• Keep systematic accounting registers for summarizing the accounting information;
• Perform internal financial control;
• Comply with policies, procedures, security requirements, and other company`s regulations.

Изисквания и необходими умения

What we’re looking for:

The ideal job candidates should meet the following requirements:
• Possess High school diploma or general finance education degree;
• Fluency in English - both written and spoken;
• Experience in accounting up to 1 year;
• Excellent Excel skills;
• Ability to work with MS Office, Windows and Internet applications;
• Willingness to learn and develop within an international company;
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills;
• Willingness to obtain new skills and competencies;
• Strong work ethics, team work and positive attitude;
• Experience in financial services shall be considered an advantage.
