We are looking for a professional who can strengthen our great
Corporate Officer team and who will be involved with the
following:
MAIN CHALLENGES:
• Participates in all tasks related to corporate governance of the
bank, related to the legal and administrative services of the
bank's management and supervisory bodies – the Management
Board, the Supervisory Board, and the General Meeting of
Shareholders.
• Monitors the implementation of tasks assigned by the Management
Board to specific departments within the bank.
• Assists the corporate secretary in maintaining registers related
to all management mandates held by UBB employees in other
companies, as well as a register for potential conflicts of
interest declared by the bank's administrators.
• Assists the corporate secretary in preparing meetings and minutes
with decisions of the General Meeting of Shareholders.
• Assists the corporate secretary in submitting various
applications to the Commercial Register.
• Maintains the archive of materials from the held meetings.
THE PERFECT CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
• Higher education in Law - Master's degree with acquired legal
capacity
• Very good legal literacy - knowledge in the field of company and
banking law, commercial law, low on credit institutions
• Good communications and business writing skills, including in
English
• Computer literacy (excellent knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel
& PowerPoint)
• Willingness to learn new knowledge and skills quickly
• Analytical mindset and attention to details
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

with a law degree, with little or no experience, and who are eager
