Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Engineer to support our Identity & Directory Services team. The role covers Microsoft Active Directory (ADDS), ADCS, ADFS, Tier 0 infrastructure, and Microsoft Entra ID.
This is not a pure application role – the position includes infrastructure understanding from operating systems up to identity services.
Role Insights:
- Support daily operations of Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS), Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS), Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), and Microsoft Entra ID (hybrid identity).
- Assist in monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident handling.
- Participate in patching and maintenance activities, including Tier 0 systems.
- Support identity-related changes and service requests.
- Work with security concepts such as privileged access, authentication, and certificates.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams across the organization.
- Participate in on-call duty rotation after onboarding.
What Makes You Unique:
- Basic understanding of Windows Server and client operating systems.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, ports).
- Initial experience or strong interest in Active Directory or identity systems
- Basic PowerShell scripting skills.
- Willingness to learn PKI (certificates, ADCS) and authentication protocols (Kerberos, LDAP, SAML, OAuth).
- Ability to work in structured environments (processes, ticketing, documentation).
- Good English communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID or hybrid identity environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as SCOM or Splunk.
- Basic security awareness, including Tiering models and privileged access concepts.
