UBB is seeking a talented and dynamic Junior Software Developer to join our IT Delivery team.
If you have:
- A Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Informatics or an equivalent program
- Experience in implementing integration components and applications, especially in
digital projects or systems integration. - Strong skills in Java and String Framework
- Database and SQL knowledge – PostgreSQL,Oracle, MS SQL or other
- Good knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Understanding of OOP principles, data structures, algorithms, design patterns, web services, microservices, etc.
- Agile mind-set and practical experience with Scrum will be considered as an advantage
- Conflict management, stress-resilience and flexibility
- Pro-active attitude, team-oriented and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communicational skills and ability to cooperate with teams
- Good command of English
- Experience in finance & banking area is a plus
And you would like to:
- Responsible for the design and implementation of containerized Java microservices and components on API Layer.
- Develop and modify application modules based on functional and system requirements
- Maintain existing programs as required (3rd level support). On time delivery of standardized service requests and incidents.
- Write well designed, documented, and testable code
- Perform unit tests and peer reviews.
- Provide on-going reporting of progress and keep development on time.
- Write and update technical documentation, instructions for deployment and administration.
- Work in agile environment
