a Key Account Manager - FMCG as their team is expanding. The person
will have the opportunity to build a good professional relationship
with the clients and improve their experience as users.
Main responsibilities:
Supporting end-users regarding the company services and
products;
Build sustainable relationships and identify upselling and
cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue and retention.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the
right methods/tools;
Focus on process improvement identification and development.

Job requirements:
Good level of English (B2-C1);
Relevant experience is a must - at least 3 years in FMCG;
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different
