Ivaylo Petrov is looking for a new team member.
Your daily routine would include:
Administer, monitor and maintain the supported systems in operation
within the required parameters (availability, performance);
Support testing and production environments, deploy builds and
fixes, sanity testing and troubleshooting;
Prepare and execute tasks related to billing/rating/batch
processing;
Monitor application servers and workload;
Handle incidents (analyze logs, errors handling, finding
resolutions or workarounds within the specified SLAs/OLAs);
Work with ticketing system to resolve reported problems or submit
such to responsible units in case of failures or tasks;
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports;
SOX controls execution;
Develop tools/scripts to automate routine operational tasks;
Ability to take up on-call shifts;
Maintain system documentation.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
At least 1 year of working experience in
monitoring/reporting/supporting applications;
SQL Knowledge (Oracle) is a must;
Unix/Linux experience is a must;
University degree in the field of IT/Telecommunication or any other
relevant;
Fluency in English – written and spoken.
Nice to have:
Any knowledge and/or experience with UC4 (Automic), Job
Scheduling;
Advanced Scripting Knowledge e.g. Perl, Python, Shell, Kshell
etc.;
ITIL (Incident-, Problem-, Change-, Deployment-,
Event-Management);
Knowledge of 2-tier or 3-tier applications – J2EE servers and
applications experience;
Fluency in German.
