Your daily routine would include:
- Responsible and accountable for driving root cause analysis and ensuring all issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
- Handling support tickets.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues across various application domains and platforms.
- Testing and reproducing reported issues.
- Log tracing and request retrying.
- Creating guidance and documentation for resolved tickets/cases.
- Configuration management (occasionally).
- Reporting backlog status to management.
- Collaborating with QA and Development teams.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
- Experience with system monitoring.
- Basic SQL knowledge (Oracle DB, MSSQL).
- Experience with SSH tools (e.g., SuperPuTTY, MobaXterm) and basic Linux/Bash command-line operations.
- Basic experience with API testing tools (SOAP UI, Postman).
- Fluency in English.
