For our Head Office in Garitage Park, Sofia, we are looking to hire:

Learning Technologies Specialist (Maternity cover, m/f)

This is a fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave with an expected duration of 12 months.

What will you do?

Your mission will be to ensure the optimal performance of our Learning Management System (LMS) and drive high-impact learning programs:

• Serve as the primary learning management system expert, ensuring maximum system efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Drive the entire e-learning lifecycle by creating, administering, and maintaining high-quality learning content.
• Lead the end-to-end design and deployment of customized employee development programs, from needs analysis, through localization to measuring and optimizing success.
• Innovate and proactively identify new opportunities to enrich and elevate the employee learning experience.
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the LMS data through systematic quality checks and audits.
• Generate and analyze regular reports on learning metrics and program effectiveness to provide data-driven insights.
• Deliver engaging system training sessions to internal teams when required.
• Lead and contribute to high-class learning, development, employee engagement initiatives across the organization

Core Requirements:

• Self-initiative, responsibility and organization;
• Bachelor's degree;
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze data;
• Proficiency in English (preferred) or German;
• Good communication and teamwork skills;

Valuable assets:

• Proven experience 2+ years in L&D, employee engagement, project management is a strong asset;
• Direct experience with a Learning Management System is highly valued;
• Ability to easily establish trusting relationships with colleagues, business partners;
