Support Specialist with
English or Turkish or Slovak or Icelandic or Irish (PTE/FTE).
*Provide live support to players via chat, phone, and video,
ensuring a smooth gaming experience;
*Explain game rules clearly and assist users in understanding
gameplay mechanics;
*Record live sessions or video demonstrations for training or
quality purposes;
*Resolve player issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of
customer satisfaction;
*Identify trends in player inquiries and provide feedback to
improve processes and game experience.
