As a Local Robotics Manager you will lead the business in the market to maximize the overall offering, drive demand order growth.

Reporting to the Regional Robotics Manager, Eastern Europe you will deliver superior customer experience and related profitable growth with an aligned strategy.


Lead the local RA organization in the country, directly manage the local Robotics BG team (~3 employees), working closely with business line MDs
Ensure profitable business growth in the Country. Build and maintain strong relationship with new and existing customers
Execute the business strategy in the country to agreed targets. Ensure standards are met locally and that we meet our license to operate
Lead effective development and deployment of people and ensure succession plans are in place. Ensure (with HR support) that the team is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed
Work across ABB as the senior RA representative in the country to maximize overall offering
Develop and lead an energized and motivated team culture, driving superior customer experience
Maintain and develop sales process in line with Business and Business line guidelines e.g. for channel management
Develop Local Account management and support global account monument development and growth

Изисквания и необходими умения

Bachelors or master’s degree in engineering and/or Business Administration
Preferably 8+ years industry experience
Passion for customers, quality and technology
Excellent English language is a must
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of value proposition development
Ability to coach, develop, lead and energize an organization
Experience of sales management tools usage and deployment preferably salesforce
