To execute the logistics processes in order to support the
• To organize and execute the transport, cargo, packaging operations. To manage the inventory, including the receiving and shipping of products; preparing and repacking orders, organizing deliveries with courier services.
• To manage the purchasing operations: To perform the communication with the suppliers in order to; request price quotations, place purchase orders, keep track of the ordered products and services. To form and maintain the records of purchasing starting from ordering to the delivery. To monitor the relevant packaging materials stock, as well as all the materials needed for an operational office.
• To coordinate the customs operations related to the import processes, with the customs agency. To support the customs agency for customs clearance.
• To support the sales by; accompanying the sales team for demonstration and training visits to customer sites whenever necessary, making the products deliveries to the customers if required.
• To keep the records of all the performed activities and report them to the supervisor.
