M365 Competence Center Expert
Department: Lean & Process Management, Organization & Process Management Directorate
We are looking for a motivated and analytical professional to join us as an M365 Competence Center Expert. The role will support the development, governance and sustainable use of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions across the organization. As part of a central expert function, the position will guide business areas and EUDA Experts in identifying, designing, developing, deploying and continuously improving automation and productivity solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Support EUDA - End User Development Experts and business areas in the design, development and deployment of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Provide expert guidance, architectural recommendations, technical support and coaching for M365 solution development.
- Review and validate solution proposals in terms of business value, technical feasibility, sustainability, supportability and alignment with approved standards.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, standardization, and simplification as part of the design and development of automation solutions.
- Define, maintain and continuously improve standards, procedures, templates and best practices for M365 solutions.
- Monitor compliance with EUDA governance, information security, data protection, control framework and solution lifecycle management requirements.
- Collaborate with Business, IT, Risk, Compliance, Data Protection, RPA (Robotics Process Automation) teams to support sustainable portfolio management of M365 and automation solutions.
Candidate Profile
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering or another relevant field.
- Practical experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, Lists, Forms and related integrations.
- Strong understanding of business processes, process mapping, end-to-end process analysis, workflow optimization and automation opportunity identification.
- Understanding of M365 solution lifecycle management, including requirements definition, development, testing, deployment, documentation, monitoring, maintenance and decommissioning.
- Knowledge of information security, data protection, access management, auditability, operational risk and control mechanisms.
- Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving approach and focus on measurable business value.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, training, coaching and knowledge-sharing skills.
