Role Overview:
As an AI Automation Engineer, you will design and enhance intelligent automation solutions by integrating AI and GenAI technologies into business processes, leveraging data, APIs, and modern automation platforms to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient outcomes.
Role Insights:
- Identify and analyze AI use cases within automation and business processes.
- Integrate AI / GenAI services into existing and new automation solutions.
- Enhance RPA, BPM, and Power Platform solutions with AI capabilities.
- Work with AI services via APIs (e.g. Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, similar platforms).
- Process and extract value from structured and unstructured data (documents, text, inputs).
- Collaborate closely with Automation Developers, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects.
- Ensure security, stability, and governance when applying AI solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and support.
- Knowledge sharing within the team.
What Makes You Unique:
- Solid understanding of AI / ML concepts (NLP, classification, information extraction, decision support).
- Hands-on experience with GenAI / LLMs (prompt engineering, API-based usage).
- Strong skills in Python and/or Java.
- Experience working with REST APIs.

- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
