Working time is 10 am to 7 pm, on a rotation, incl. weekends.
Your major responsibilities include
• Monitor and coordinate clients' inquiries in terms of
property maintenance
• Communicate with clients upon issues
• Communicate with third parties and coordinate repair and facility
works in property
• Purchase goods online and organize delivery accordingly
• Apply company standards for customer service
Your key skills & qualities
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
• Stays calm with short-notice claims and demanding clients
• Think “outside of the box” and apply a “can do” attitude
• Outstanding written and spoken English
• Sense of humour is highly appreciated
Other features that would help a lot
• Degree in a relevant subject, preferably in Tourism
• Knowledge of holiday rental business and platforms (AirBnB,
Booking, Expedia, TripAdvisor, etc)

The employment contract will be with the Bulgarian company LRC
Bulgaria Ltd, the local subsidiary of ALTIDO by Joivy.
