UBB is seeking a talented and dynamic Manual QA Specialist to join our IT Delivery team.
Technical skills:
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Manual QA Specialist
- Understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC
- Ability to analyze requirements and prepare test plans and scenarios
- Experience in web and/or mobile testing (Android and/or iOS)
- Experience with Jira or similar issue-tracking tools
- Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum and/or Kanban)
Personal skills:
- High motivation to improve the quality of products through manual testing
- High reliability, assertiveness, goal oriented and focused on results
- Pro-active attitude, team-oriented and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communicational skills and ability to cooperate with teams
- Conflict management, stress-resilience and flexibility
- Experience with Scrum or Kanban and Agile methodologies will be considered as an advantages
- Good command of English
