Manufacturing Engineer
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the consistency of the manufacturing dossier and all tools, documents and processes linked to it in collaboration with French/Czech/Bulgarian manufacturing engineers;
Dealing with blocking jobs from production;
Creating job order linked to design office solution (repair, rework);
Guaranteeing the consistency of the manufacturing dossier in collaboration with French/Czech/Bulgarian manufacturing engineers;
Transmitting and explaining technical instructions linked to the manufacturing dossier, to production operators;
Ensuring a daily support of all departments (production, industrial department and program) for technical aspects;
Ensuring the treatment of the Q/R (Question and Answer) realized by the production, transmitting all Questions to the French/Czech/Bulgarian manufacturing engineers when it is relevant;
Ensuring the optimization and improvement of the working methods and tools in
collaboration with French/Czech/Bulgarian manufacturing engineers;
Reporting to his hierarchy or to French/Czech/Bulgarian manufacturing engineers the issues and dysfunctions encountered (and proposing the solutions he foresees).
Requirements:
University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Industrial Engineering or similar;
Experience with technical documentation and 2D technical drawings;
Experience with variety of drilling and reaming tools for manual use
Experience in mechanical assembly and operational support on assembly workshop;
Experience with SAP or similar ERP system will be considered as a strong advantage;
Experience with 3D software, Catia or similar software will be considered as an advantage.
Familiar with Microsoft office (Excel, Word);
English language is mandatory;
Self-disciplined and able to carry out detailed work with minimum supervision;
Excellent and proven communication skills and ability to establish rapport and sound relationships within and outside the company;
Able to establish relationships based on trust, confidentiality, and integrity;
Proactive problem solver;
A dynamic performer;
Willing to learn;
Hands-on, diligent and fast and effective troubleshooting;
Flexibility regarding the working shifts if necessary (early, day and late shift).
