responsible for managing customer response initiatives.
Working on the following shifts:
04:00AM – 01:00PM;
04:00PM – 01:00AM;
09:00AM – 06:00PM.
Along with the below listed responsibilities, the employee should
conduct any other business related to the function as required by
his supervisor.
Contribute to the Finance Master Data Management function through
the effective processing of Master Data creation :
• Setting up Financial Master Data in all ERP and other systems
• Maintaining central ERP tables for the systems under its
responsibilities
• This position will support his Manager in setting up and
improving forms, templates and procedures. Supporting data
cleansing activities as well as supporting his Manager with
providing the necessary Training to end users.
Setting up Masterdata:
• Workflow Master Data
• Counterparty Masterdata
• Fixed Assets
• Cost & Profit Centers /Chart of Accounts
Maintain central Tables and Reports:
• Ensure that tables are maintained based on the Business
requirements
• Ensure that the Reports are in line with the global reporting
requirements
Technical skills/knowledge required:
• Experience in shared services/corporate environment
• Some Finance and Master Data knowledge
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems
• Strong analytical skills
• PC literate (MS-office tools, etc.)
• Good Excel skills is a must
• IT knowledge is a plus

Education:
