Recognizing the data-driven strategy that is surrounding our business, LDC is looking for a master Solution Specialist to join the IT master data team in Sofia (Bulgaria), under the Data & Analytics organization.
Main Responsibilities
Along with the below listed responsibilities, the employee should conduct any other business related to the function as required by her or his supervisor.
In this role, you are part of the IT Master Data team as a Solution Specialist focused on building the master data reporting products, master data harmonization across LDC platforms, businesses and systems. You will be responsible of master data reporting, data governance and harmonization projects and a key enabler of the Data & Analytics roadmap.
Key responsibilities:
Define and implement standards for master data products stored in an Azure-based data platform, enabling high-quality data, self-service analytics, and wider business adoption.
Gather business requirements and lead the development and ongoing maintenance of reports, dashboards, and data-driven applications related to master data.
Promote and continuously improve Power BI reporting solutions, positioning them as a central access point for master data insights for business stakeholders.
Analyze master data across multiple systems by performing data profiling, consistency checks, and data quality assessments.
Work closely with business and IT teams to identify data gaps, issues, and improvement opportunities, and prioritize initiatives that support data harmonization across systems.
Lead cross-functional data harmonization initiatives, from initial data analysis through system alignment, governance setup, and the deployment of monitoring tools.
Design and implement new or improved data models within the companys global Master Data Management (MDM) platform.
Deliver a consistent and harmonized set of master data, working in partnership with business data owners and data stewards.
Contribute to the definition and execution of the organizations master data strategy, ensuring alignment with business and technology goals.
