A Microsoft 365 Tenant Management Expert supports the administration, security, and governance of Microsoft 365 environments. You will focus on daily operations, configuration, and maintaining service stability while building strong expertise in identity, access management, and compliance.
Your daily routine would include:
- Support and maintain Microsoft 365 services and tenant configurations to ensure stable operations.
- Monitor tenant health, availability, and performance, identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Manage user lifecycle, licensing, and basic service configurations.
- Support identity and access management, including MFA and conditional access policies.
- Assist in monitoring security alerts and performing initial incident triage using Microsoft Defender.
- Contribute to compliance, governance, and policy implementation aligned with company standards.
- Provide operational support, resolve user issues, and maintain clear technical documentation.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
- Experience in Microsoft 365 administration or support (1–3 years).
- Basic hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and identity management.
- Understanding of MFA, conditional access, and cloud security concepts.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance features.
- Experience with PowerShell for administrative automation is a plus.
- Understanding of Active Directory and hybrid identity environments.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT support processes.
