Spasimir Arsov is looking for a new team member.

Your daily routine would include:
• Handle 3rd level service responsibilities, including communication and negotiation with manufacturers and suppliers;
• Operation and maintenance of Microsoft Configuration Manager and MS Intune for A1 and external customers;
• Developing and creating standard and advanced SQL reports;
• Generating modern reports in MS Intune (using MS Graph API and KQL);
• Preparing data for management purposes;
• Being responsible for service documentation, develop and provide KPIs/reports and manage incidents, problems and changes.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:
• Minimum 3 years of technical professional experience on similar position;
• Profound knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Configuration Manager, Azure/Intune and scripting skills (PowerShell, VBScript);
• Deep knowledge of SQL;
• Familiarity with MS Graph API and Power BI;
• Ability to recognize complex interrelationships;
• Effective presentation skills;
• Certifications in Microsoft Configuration Manager, Intune or SQL is a plus.
• German language will be considered as strong advantage.
