Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Engineer to join our growing IAM team. In this pivotal role, you will design, implement, maintain, and improve MFA solutions to enhance the security landscape across our organization. You will collaborate closely with IT, security, and business stakeholders to ensure robust, user-friendly authentication experiences that protect our sensitive data and systems.

Role Insights:

  • Design, implement, and support scalable MFA solutions across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments
  • Conduct security assessments and recommend improvements related to authentication and user access
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MFA with existing applications and infrastructure
  • Develop technical documentation, user guides, and deliver training on MFA processes
  • Monitor, investigate, and respond to MFA-related incidents
  • Stay up to date with emerging security threats, best practices, and MFA technologies.

What Makes You Unique:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in IT security with a focus on IAM and MFA.
  • Hands-on experience with MFA solutions such as Azure MFA, Okta, Duo, PingID, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, etc.).
  • Experience integrating MFA with cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP) and enterprise applications.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+.
