Responsibilities:
• Handling Business Clients Technical requests ;
• Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction;
• Analyzing clients' problems and providing relevant
solutions;
• Collaborating with other team members to provide high-quality
support;
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a technical support or customer service
role;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to
detail;
• Ability to work USA hours from 8 p.m to 4 a.m
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
