Responsibilities:
Handling Business Clients Technical requests ;
Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction;
Analyzing clients' problems and providing relevant
solutions;
Collaborating with other team members to provide high-quality
support;
Requirements:
Previous experience in a technical support or customer service
role;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to
detail;
Ability to work USA hours from 8 p.m to 4 a.m
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
