the role of No-Calls Customer Care Specialist with French – FTE or
PTE.
* Leasing with customers via email and/or chat;
* Suggesting relevant solutions in a timely manner and ensuring
customer satisfaction;
* Dealing with customers’ requests and escalating the case further
in a timely manner and
according to company’s guidelines;
* Providing information about company’s products, services and
benefits they can enjoy;
* Keeping neat and accurate logs of every interaction for future
reference;
* Functioning as an active part of the collective, helping and
supporting other team-members.
