Specialist with German and English - Hybrid model.
* Meet customer service needs as per agreements and feedback, stick
to rules for credit
approvals and financial guidelines;
* Handle credit insurance, allocate payments, and sort out customer
accounts;
* Make outgoing payments and check and claim bank guarantees as per
credit policies;
* Use tech tools like ERP systems for smooth service and accurate
data and keep credit
management work instructions up-to-date;
* Tackle credit management issues on time and provide top-notch
services to key folks like
customers, suppliers, front office, employees, execs, regulators,
and third parties;
* Help out team members and give advice on credit management;
* Review and handle invoices and deal with government seizures and
tax audits properly.
