Non-Voice Support Consultant with German/ Dutch / Danish and English
Review and evaluate different types of online content according to established quality standards and guidelines;
Analyze content and make accurate decisions based on company policies;
Provide clear and constructive feedback to support quality improvement;
Ensure that all reviewed content meets the required standards and compliance criteria.
Excellent command of one of the following languages (B2C1 level): German/ Dutch / and Danish;
Good level of English (B2 or higher);
Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills;
Good communication skills and ability to follow established procedures;
Availability to work from our office in Sofia on a flexible schedule.
