and grain trade. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for
our head office in Sofia.
• Organize and administer daily in-coming and out-going mail;
• Assist visitors and callers in guiding them to their appropriate
contacts and hand them over to the respective person;
• Provide general administrative services
• Support in document processing and data input & analysis;
• Organize office operations and maintenance, including purchase
and restocking of office supplies, maintenance and organization of
documents and files etc.;
• Manage travel arrangements and organizing company events;
• Communication and e-mail correspondence.
