solutions – we are looking for an Office Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for a broad scale of facility management tasks and reception desk activities;
Ensure a high quality receptionist service by answering and directing incoming calls, welcoming and assisting visitors;
Coordinate the complete mail flow and collect and distribute parcels;
Analyze needs and problems while determining approach and priority;
Organize events and all necessary bookings.
