For one of our clients, a leading company in the BPO industry, delivering high-quality outsourced customer experience and business process solutions across global markets, we are looking for - Online Sales Specialist with Spanish or Arabic or French (Hybrid).

Responsibilities

*Drive inbound and outbound sales through calls, emails, and social channels;
*Engage new prospects with confident cold calling and product presentations;
*Promote innovative software and app solutions that fit client needs;
*Build lasting relationships and guide customers through the sales journey;
*Keep all interactions and progress accurately updated in Salesforce;
*Collaborate with teammates to hit and exceed sales goals.

Requirements and necessary skills

*Fluent in Spanish, Arabic, or French (C1) and English (B2);
*1.5 years of sales experience in a dynamic environment;
*Proven cold calling skills and resilience;
*Experience in software or app sales is a plus;
*Strong communication, organization, and customer focus;
*Comfortable using CRM tools, ideally Salesforce.
