and solving complex IT and Mobile Network problems, we are the

We are looking for a new team member as Operational Support System
(OSS) Engineer with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new
technologies and trends.
Previous experience in a similar position is always welcome in
applicants.
Accelerate your career as part of our OSS/DevOps Team.
Your daily routine would include:
• Working with internal customers to identify and define
requirements for new solutions;
• Enhancing application functionality to meet business
needs;
• Executing tasks in Windows corporate environment;
• Supporting OSS production systems and platforms;
• Troubleshooting with 3rd level technical support of
vendors;
• Installation and upgrade of system software/applications;
• Configuration and administration of Operational Support
Systems (OSS) platforms;
• Configuration and operation of applications monitoring in
tools like Nagios or Grafana;
• Automation with Shell scripting or Python;
• Automation and orchestration of operational tasks;
• On-call duties per schedule.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
• Previous experience in application support and
development;
• Telecommunications background or knowledge in transport,
radio, core networks;
• Experience in ITIL/ITSM (CR, Incidents, SLA) environment;
• Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and
tools;
• Ability to write SQL queries, procedures and functions;
• Knowledge in Linux and Windows corporate environment;
• Understanding of computer networking systems and
technologies;
• Very good written and spoken English skills;
• German language is a plus;
• DNS, Active Directory knowledge is a plus;
• Industry certificates (ex. CCNA) is a plus;
• Experience with OOP (ex. C#, Java) is a plus.
