Job Description

An international company is looking for a reliable and organized professional to support and coordinate the operations of its newly established company in Sofia.

The role involves organizing administrative processes, coordinating logistics activities, and overseeing financial and accounting matters.


Responsibilities:

- Organizing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the company.

- Communicating with partners and service providers.

- Supporting financial and accounting processes (in cooperation with external accountants if needed).

- Handling administrative documentation and operational tasks.

- Assisting with the organization of logistics and deliveries.


Requirements:

- Fluent Russian (spoken and written).

- Basic knowledge of finance or accounting.

- Previous experience in an administrative, finance, or coordination role.

- Good organizational and communication skills.

- Responsible and reliable personality.
