Iliyan Mladenov is looking for a new team member.

Your daily routine would include:
• Supporting the establishment of new roaming partnerships;

•Testing and troubleshooting of roaming services for new partners;
• Updating and validating roaming charges for all existing partners;
• Resolving roaming service complaints and providing support to Billing, Revenue Assurance, and Fraud departments;

• Managing, monitoring, and analyzing the roaming Data Clearing process;
• Streamlining and initiating process optimization and automation of daily tasks.

We’ll know you can make it, if you have:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Economics;

• Awareness of Telecom billing systems knowledge is a plus;
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy;
• Can-do mindset and ability to quickly identify and fix issues;

• Great communication and negotiation skills;
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel);

• Fluency in English.
