Отговорности

Your responsibilities:

Generate unconstrained demand plan and finished goods rationalization in close coordination with relevant functions. Measure, report and drive improvement of demand planning accuracy;
Assembles and analyses all data pertinent to creating an unconstrained demand plan;
Facilitates the demand review meetings;
Work with customer base to determine weekly inbound forecast and develop consumption models to improve accuracy;
Reviews and improves forecast accuracy both at the aggregate and the individual product level by identifying key root causes for forecast errors, and implements initiatives to improve future forecast accuracy;
Keeps timely correspondence with internal clients about the progress of open orders;
Performs full processing of all received orders, monitors their level of progress and performs final price calculations and invoicing;
Sends information about upcoming expeditions and submits the necessary documents to customs control;
Be able to respond in the most diplomatic way to customer requests concerning current orders.

Изисквания и необходими умения

Your background:

A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering or similar field;
Experience in similar position is an advantage;
Excellent written and verbal communication in English;
Very good knowledge of MS Office package (MS Excel, MS, Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook);
Experience with SAP or similar ERP system is an advantage;
Good time management and task prioritization;
A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies;
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
