Violeta Ilkova is looking for a new team member.
We act as contact person for our business customers and ensure timely and efficient delivery by monitoring and coordinating with internal and external service partners/suppliers for a timely, customer-oriented and economic realization.
Your daily routine would include:
- Processing orders, collecting missing data and submitting/releasing the order in our relevant systems;
- Ensuring fast realization of the orders through coordination, monitoring and proactive communication (mostly per mail, but also via calls);
- Operating a proactive information and communication management towards customers, vendors, partners and internal organizational units;
- Coordinating requests and escalations and document them in our CRM and ordering systems.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
- Good communication skills in German (B1, B2 written and spoken);
- The customers as priority, but also the interests of the company and relevant stakeholders in mind;
- Curiosity for new topics and desire to continuously develop your professional qualifications;
- Structured, solution-oriented and self-driven way of thinking, understanding of complex contexts quickly;
- Interest in technologies and the telecommunication business;
- Experience in using MS-Office (Word, Excel), SAP.
