Job Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in with business process modelling and notation.
This job can be performed by all countries within our A1 footprint.
Role insights:
- Gather and analyse business requirements for service provisioning submitted by internal customers (both business and network teams).
- Consult with internal stakeholders regarding the capabilities and limitations of existing solutions.
- Create detailed functional specifications for OSS systems and provide accurate effort estimations.
- Collaborate closely with development teams and coordinate implementation efforts.
- Support planning and execution of QA and UAT processes, including test case definition.
- Facilitate clear, structured communication between geographically distributed teams.
- Prepare and deliver regular status and progress reports to internal customers and management.
What makes you unique:
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry and familiarity with network KPIs or customer lifecycle management.
- Proficiency with Jira and/or Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Fluency in English.
Nice to Have:
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML use cases (e.g., churn, anomaly detection, CLV).
- Familiarity with Power BI, Grafana, or Tableau, and basic SQL for data validation.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
