For one of our clients - a multinational company specializing in
the production and
distribution of various drinks worldwide, we are looking for – OTC
Route Reconciliation
Specialist with German and English (standard shifts/hybrid).
*Ensures timely, accurate completion of Route Settlements
procedures;
*Collaborates with Business Units to facilitate smooth deployment
of Route Settlements into
Shared Services;
*Analyzes errors and discrepancies, taking actions to close
gaps;
*Supports other team members and offers guidance on Route
Settlements processes;
*Clears discrepancies in coordination with Warehouse, Logistics,
and external service providers;
*Handles driver and in-transit accounts, addressing open items
daily;
*Provides relevant documentation to customers and resolves queries
promptly.
