For one of our clients – a key player in the field of sustainable freight and logistics solutions,
we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the role - Payment Processing Assistant.

Responsibilities

*Perform transactional activities in the Invoice-to-Pay process with minimal supervision;
*Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receipts;
*Assist with invoice review and approval, and resolve discrepancies;
*Ensure compliance with procedures and accurate documentation;
*Maintain data accuracy in company systems;
*Complete other tasks as assigned by the line manager

Requirements and necessary skills

Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree in finance or business (completed or in progress);
*Previous experience in the Invoice-to-Pay (ItP) area;
*Proficiency in English (written and spoken);
*Experience with handling queries;
*Strong interpersonal skills;
*Attention to detail and analytical abilities;
*Experience with ERP/Cloud systems is a plus;
*Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office;
*Professional communication skills and strong work ethic.
