Our client is an established direct-to-consumer supplement company processing 5,000-10,000 orders per day through high-performing marketing funnels across European and North American markets.

We are supporting them in recruiting a detail-oriented specialist to manage and optimize payment systems, fraud prevention processes, and order fulfillment operations.

Payments & Fraud Operations Analyst
 

Responsibilities

  • Optimize payment routing and rerun declined transactions to improve approval rates;
  • Add, test, and monitor merchant accounts, payment alerts, and gateways;
  • Detect and resolve payment or system issues, including fraud and disabled     gateways;
  • Review websites, orders, and customer behavior for potential fraud or anomalies;
  • Manage order fulfillment issues, refunds, and tracking updates;
  • Support affiliate and operational requests, ensuring smooth daily processes;
  • Monitor email and website health, flagging spam or security threats;
  • Maintain reports, dashboards, and share insights in team meetings.

Requirements and necessary skills

  • 2+ years in payment processing, e-commerce operations, or fraud prevention
  • Strong knowledge of payment gateways, merchant accounts, and transaction workflows
  • Experience with order fulfillment systems (e.g., ShipStation)
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Skilled  in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization using AI/automation tools
  • Excellent English communication and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with fraud detection, risk management, and compliance standards
  • Experience with WordPress, email tools (Mailgun), and high-volume e-commerce     environments
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio)
